Shipping & Delivery
Shipping time for products available in stock is 24-48 hours, whereas for items not in stock is roughly 20-30 days depending upon order size and the nature of instruments. This Shipping period is significantly reduced once the customer becomes a regular and DEXERmedical will start to maintain customer specific inventory at our facility.
Delivery Time is not more than 10 days, depending on the region of delivery, as we use to deliver with world class trustworthy couriers like DHL and FedEx. The average delivery time will be 6 working days.
International Customer Duties and Taxes:
International Buyers are responsible for their country’s taxes and duties when receiving packages. DEXERmedical is NOT responsible for any fees relating to international customs. Also, DEXERmedical is NOT responsible for any delays in customs clearance in the buyer’s country.
On very rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please allow 10 days for the package to arrive from the date of dispatch. If this time elapses and the goods do not arrive, please contact your nearest relevant courier office to check that no goods are being held. In the unlikely event that the package is not being held, please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist in sending a replacement.
